PLOT:
The lengths some guys will go to for a little cellular microfission.

Mike and Seductress accidentally set free the 26-Dimmensional Hyper Griffin, and realize that doing so automatically triggers a full-lockdown of the S.T.A.R. labs facility. This means that if they want to escape (and hopefully keep breathing), they're going to need to take that thing out. And in order to do that, Mike is going to need that microfission A.S.A.P. So they find a doctor by the name of Quincy Xenophon to help make it happen. With the right pressure applied, the doctor eventually reluctantly agrees.

Writhing in pain as his entire body converts to fissile matter, it seems that Mike can feel every cell in his body turn into tiny little nuclear furnaces as his body becomes a true Human Flame. But it's all worth it when he sees how powerful it makes him! He makes short work of the 26-Dimmensional beast and then decides to head out. But before he can leave, Quincy gives him the unfortunate news. The transformation isn't permanent. In a matter of hours the nanoreactors will run out of fuel and cease to function, returning him to normal. The only possible way for him to stabilize the reaction process is by lowering himself into the pressure chamber of a P.W.R. nuclear reactor like the one in White Mountain Power Plant just north of the city. But Xenophon says that there's no way he could survive it! Worse yet, the overload on the coolant systems could cause the reactor to melt down or even blow up!

But it's no matter to Mike. If he's made it this far, surviving drug dealers, shoot outs and whacked out supervillains, certainly he can make it through the core of a nuclear reactor. He's one step away from being one of the most powerful villains in the country, he can't stop now. And packing that kind of power he figures he can even get a much hotter girlfriend (and one who doesn't nag him so much). So he ditches Seductress and heads out towards White Mountain. The only problem is that his bitter ex decides to rat him out to the Justice League who arrive just before he can make it to the reactor.

The JLA has been waiting quite some time for revenge on the guy who killed the Martian Manhunter, but Miller is determined. He's come too far now to watch his dreams get squashed now! So he makes a b-line for the smoke stack and swan-dives right in! The ensuing explosion is gigantic! A huge mushroom cloud fills the sky as fire engulfs everything in sight. It looks like nothing, let alone Mike Miller, could have possibly survived!
