While meeting with Commissioner Akins in his office, the Mayor Dickerson was shot dead by a sniper. While MCU were on the scene, Superintendent Purnell was shot on a playground. That night, while cleaning up the scene at the school, the police were attacked. Josie Mac spotted the location. Inside the apartment, they found a dead body and a laptop with a Batman for mayor graphic. After hearing the report, Central turned on the signal. Batman arrived in time to save Probson from being hit. The signal was shot out as Batman told them Joker was behind it.
