Montoya was shot by a man in a spider costume (Black Spider, aka Johnny Lamonica), but her partner killed him. Allen was questioned about it. Montoya was released from the hospital (the shots hit her kevlar). One of the survivors claimed that Allen had shot him while he was handcuffed at the scene. Someone put evidence up on an online auction site.
