PLOT:
GCPD was on the scene - Robin, Batman's partner, was found dead. He had died of impact - falling from a rooftop. Nothing was ruled out - if he was or wasn't Robin, if it was murder, accident, or suicide.
Batman was quick to the scene and informed Allen and Montoya that Robin was in Bludhaven. He also told them to stay out of his way on this case. Driver and MacDonald were assigned to the case; Allen and Montoya went to Arkham. Several Arkham inmates had sustained unexplained injuries that night. With the help of Child Registration, they IDed the boy as Roger Baumbach. Maggie Sawyer called Lois Lane in hopes of getting in touch with known associates of the "real" Robin.
Chandler and Takahata went to visit Cobblepot, and they found him being attacked by Batman. She shot him.
