PLOT:
Babs began working on a case of a serial mugger who attacked only the handicapped. Unable to speak to her dad or Bruce about it, she went to Alfred. After finding a correlation where all the victims had open litigations against those responsible for their conditions, Barbara started a suit against her father (for putting her in harm's way), Bruce Wayne (for manufacturing a faulty alarm system), and Jeremiah Arkham (for failing to cure Joker). The hoax drew out the attacker, and Gordon's men took him down.

PLOT:
A painter who has lost his sense of colour due to toxic paint fumes exacts his revenge in a series of black-and-white themed crimes. However, he is soon fooled by Batman and the police who set up the possibility of stealing the Milan Shroud. Despite disguising himself as a nun, he is apprehended and taken away in a panda car, a concept which reduces him to helpless laughter.
