PLOT:
Dick's "grandfather" thought Dick was pulling off a rather involved ploy to rob Bruce Wayne. Back at Dick's apartment, the man confessed that someone named "Algool" told him about his grandson. Batman took down a sniper (Ubu) outside their window. Nearby, Jack Inzerillo was trying to make a move with another gang to get out of his father's shadow. They double-crossed him. Batman took them all down. Dick showed the man a picture of his father, which was not the man's son. Bruce and Dick signed the official adoption papers.
