PLOT:
A wheelchair bound Bruce arrives with Alfred in Santa Prisca looking for Jack Drake and Shondra Kinsolving. As soon as Bruce and Alfred are off the plane they are attacked by local assassins. Bruce is able to stave off the attackers for a moment thanks to special built-in attack mechanisms that Harold put into his chair. However it is Bronze Tiger who saves the day and causes the locals to flee.

Bruce checks into a hotel that caters exclusively to drug dealers and it is there that he meets up with Gypsy. Bruce reveals that he was able to plant a transmitter on the assasins earlier and sends Gypsy and Bronze Tiger off to scout out the location that the locals escaped to. Bruce is once again saved when Green Arrow stops a would-be assasin who is sneaking in the window with an assault rifle.

Bronze Tiger sends Gypsy in to spy on the locals where she discovers that they are waiting for Asp. Jack Drake does not appear to be doing well. Dr. Kinsolving begs to be able to help him. The assasins send out a man with a bazooka to wipe out Bruce and Alfred at the hotel. The hotel is destroyed by the rocket but are Bruce and Alfred still inside?
