INTERIOR ART:


PLOT:
The Justice League's headquarters is filled with villains willingly giving themselves up in exchange for sanctuary from the government whom they claim is chasing them. The League accepts them and keeps them locked up in the satellite. Meanwhile Batman is in contact with Martian Manhunter trying to find out more about this mysterious prison planet. The Suicide Squad invades and demands the prisoners while refusing to divulge any information about Salvation Run. Before things can get too heated Batman tells them all not to worry - Manhunter just sent him the coordinates, the League is going to go check out the Hell Planet themselves.

NOTE:
Also contains a backup story called, "Meanwhile, Back at Owl Creek Bridge..." dealing with Red Tornado's digital purgatory as he decides to go through with the risky procedure of re-installing his soul in his body.
