A mysterious evil-doer named Libra summons the Injustice League to his own
satellite station and offers them a way to "balance the scales." By simply pressing a button during battle, the Injustice League are able to siphon off one half of whatever super-power their opponent
possesses: Superman's strength, Flash's speed, Batman's intellect, etc.
After partially draining the life-force of the members of the Justice League, Libra brings them back to his
satellite and gloats over the success of his machine's test-run. Knowing that his power draining machine works, Libra intends to absorb half of the energy in the entire galaxy! The power quickly becomes too great for Libra as his brain is
inundated with knowledge and concepts never before dreamed of. The power and knowledge eventually overpowers him, pulling him into a trillion different directions. Libra's
essence becomes disjointed and his his mind is fated to drift through space forever, one with the universe but eternally confused and insane with power.
The League is freed but find that although Libra may have disappeared and is no longer a threat, he has taken half of their power with him!

to a museum on Earth.
There they hunt down and steal an artifact from the museum in Israel which will help restore their souls

Once there, the villains get the jump on the Justice League and use the artifact to transfer their souls into the bodies of the heroes and vice-versa. The villains, now in the bodies of

PLOT:
The villains take the Justice League members back to the satellite and imprison them in
Superman's magnetic stasis cube. The heroes find themselves without their familiar powers and left with the challenge of using the powers they do
possess as a means of escape. Eventually Green Lantern (in the body of Professor Zoom) is able to strike the
weakest point of the
cube a million times over, causing the cell to shatter. Red Tornado, unaware of the situation at hand, attacks who he thinks are his enemies before Zatanna is forced to use the magic of Star Sapphire to
incapacitate the android.
Once back on earth, the heroes trick fellow Secret Society member Hijack into revealing where the team's new hideout is. The heroes arrive and Star Sapphire builds a bridge of magic to the hideout location. She is too exhausted to follow her teammates and stays behind as the others go into battle. The heroes arrive on the scene
but are attacked by the other members of the Justice League whom the villains had tipped off. Thinking they were capturing the real Secret Society, the League is completely oblivious to the fact that they've just helped out their own worst enemies!

Unaware of the situation at hand, the League stands by in disbelief as the person they assume to be Superman takes the Secret Society of Supervillains and hurls them towards the sun. Green Arrow, beginning to suspect that something is awry, travels with the Justice League to Mexico under the pretext of protecting some
valuable jewels. As it becomes apparent that these so called Justice Leaguers actual mean to steal the jewels (after the supposed Green

Their displaced colleagues help the League defeat the imposters and Zatanna uses a spell to restore their souls into their
