PLOT:
Batman investigates an influx of electrical power lighting up the sky over Chinatown. What he finds sends him into a blind rage. But before he can put a stop to it, he decides to get the lay of the land.
He observes as scarred prostitutes sell their wares under the glow of neon lights and follows a carrion dog back to an alley way littered with the corpses of former Ghost Dragons,
the rulers of this turf. He spies what he believes to be the corpse of Lynx, the leader of the Ghost Dragons.
Lynx however is far from dead. The Unicorns had joined forces with the Jade Tigers and are trying to take over her turf. After a brief battle with Batman he brings her to the source of the electrical current pulsing all around them. She too is disgusted by what she finds. Inside a building are a group of
illegal immigrants chained to treadmills and exercise bikes rigged up to generate an electrical current.
Lynx, whose mother was once an illegal immigrant struggling to make a better life, decides to put away her differences and join forces with Batman to take down the scum responsible. Fortunately (or unfortunately) for them, the scum have already found them - and now Batman and Lynx are surrounded!
