The road to oblivion narrows even further for Blink, the blind man who can "see" through the eyes of those he touches. As Blink makes contact with Batman and uses his "eyes" to discover Batman's deepest secrets, he is unaware that the "lone serial killer" he'd helped capture was in fact part of a conspiracy - a conspiracy that will stop at nothing to see Blink dead.
