PLOT:
The Joker is attempting to reinstate himself as Gotham's public enemy number 1 by setting three different bombs, the first goes off at the newspaper, the second fails at the stadium eventually ending with him getting sprayed in the face with Smilex. As doctors rush to save the Joker's life, Batman attempts to figure out where the third bomb will be set off.
