PLOT:
Soames found Scarecrow tied up - he'd told Nightwing everything he knew. Redhorn fired Soames from the police department after learning things. Soames attacked Blockbuster, but had his head twisted and neck snapped by Desmond in "self defense." Desmond sustained 6 gunshot wounds in the attack.
