PLOT:
Dick returned home. Tad had invented himself as Nite-Wing (oblivious to the real Nightwing) and was shot up on his first night out. When he heard that his apartment building had been condemned, Dick purchased it and scheduled a full renovation. Soames began learning to walk again. Roland Desmond (Blockbuster) contacted police chief Redhorn - they both sent people to the hospital to finish off (the incorrect) Nightwing.
