Nightwing discovers one set of Blüdhaven police officers trying to save a woman from another group of officers; after consultation with Oracle, he discovers tht this is Mary Redhorn, wife of the police chief, but is none the wiser about the situation. When one group kidnaps her and she heads for the airport, Nightwing is just slightly too slow to get the same plane.
