PLOT:
Tension begins to build between Nightwing and Oracle over Dick's day job on the police force, though he seems not to notice this. On the force, he has been partnered with Gannon Malloy, formerly from the night shift, who is having trouble being accepted by the day shift officers. And as Nightwing, he encounters Tarantula once more. When he refuses to train, or even to condone, her, she declares that the two of them are now enemies. When he pursues her into the Blüdhaven sewers, he discovers the body of someone most unexpected.
