PLOT:
The body of Torque, formerly inspector Dudley Soames, has been discovered in the sewers beneath the city streets, and numerous parties are interested, including Nightwing, Tarantula, the police and the press. The strain continues to tell between Nightwing and Oracle, while tensions seem to be running high among the remaining cops in the police force, possibly due to a fruit drink called Mega Flex.
