PLOT:
Gotham's gang leaders continue to be tortured by an outside party, while Batman brings Tarntula in on his colleagues' information feed. Robin worries whether Batman is angry with him for quitting and Nightwing continues to struggle with the guilt he feels over Blockbuster's death. Spoiler disappears from Holly and Karon's apartment, Onyx and Orpheus are re-united, and soon the lights go out as Gotham loses power.
