False Facers on an arms deal got into a shootout with the police. The perpetrators split up; police followed the False Facers, Robin followed the buyers. Young El, the boy who killed one of Tim's friends at school, was in the car he chased. It wrecked and Tim chased the boy into an abandoned building. Young El was caught inside when it collapsed. Tim was unable to save him and he died.
