PLOT:
One of Robin's fellow students learned all she could and left. Lady Shiva arrived for her. She defeated the master as she'd defeated his brother (Tim's former teacher) when he wouldn't give her the student's name. Robin chased Dava down to her home in Transbelvia - a nation wrecked with civil war. Sir Edmond "Kingsnake" Dorrance was there helping the war effort. Robin found Dava and went with her in order to protect her from Shiva. Jack Drake talked to Bruce Wayne about Tim; Spoiler confronted Batman about Robin's absence.
