PLOT:
Robin, the people of Wrestling, and gunrunner Kenny Burr fight the monstrous being that was until recently a seraphic girl. When Kenny gets close to it, it suddenly stops fighting, resolves back into human form (though a form nearer Kenny's age and complexion), and flees the scene with Kenny. Stephen, the local woodsman, realizes the connection this has to a dissolved militia group, and he and Robin work out that the girl is a strange being which has a symbiotic relationship with a human male, wherein she gets to be human and he gets to be invulnerable. Having turned a weapons cache over to the police and comforted the last survivor of the town of Wrestling, Robin heads back to Gotham City, using Stephen's mysterious short cut through the woods.
