PLOT:
Although Scarab initially is able to best Batman and Robin in a fight, the fact that the Robin she is now facing off against is a girl convinces her
that the old Robin must be dead. Since that would mean her job was successful, she decides to leave Gotham. However during their encounter, Stephanie had planted a tracking
device on Scarab.
After tracking the assassin, Batman orders Robin to stay out of the fight. However when Stephanie believes Batman is in dire trouble, she leaps in to save him. This louses up the plan
and allows Scarab to escape and leave the country.
Because she had disobeyed the direct order Batman had given her, Stephanie is fired as Robin and ordered never to fight crime (as Robin OR Spoiler) ever again.
