PLOT:
Robin and Batgirl have arrived at Blockbuster's old mansion and find themselves confronting the supposedly-dead mob boss, but it transpires that this is actually his stuffed body, kept as a souvenir by the new power in Blüdhaven crime, the Penguin. And he is in the midst of a meeting of the criminal elements, meaning that the heroes are vastly outnumbered, and eventually over-powered when the criminal Gas Bag releases a gas (which the other criminals are
immunized against) into the atmosphere. Penguin plans to unmask the two of them and sell their identities, but before he can do this, someone suggests pitting the two of them against each other in a fight to the death. As they turn to face one another, Robin desperately hopes that Batgirl will be able to read his body language.
