PLOT:
As Darla Aquista makes her way back to the USA to search for Tim Drake, he (as Robin) tries to intimidate Penguin into dropping the contract on his life, but to no avail. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne drops in on 'Eddie Drake' and makes it plain that he is aware of his true identity as an actor hired by Tim to pose as his uncle. When Robin leaves Penguin, he encounters a man in military uniform who he assumes is another mercenary to have been attracted by the contract. The man claims to be his ally, then knocks him out with a gas and takes him back to his apartment.
The next morning, Tim makes his way to the Batcave to investigate this man, and here he encounters Batman, who wants to talk about 'Uncle' Eddie.
