PLOT:
Batman confronts Robin over the charade of 'Eddie Drake', which involved altering his father's will and paying an actor to pose as his uncle - he's impressed with Robin's resourcefulness and intends to
help him keep up the charade. In Blüdhaven, someone calling themselves Junkyard Dog has been killing people and demands Robin and Batgirl's presence before he will stop. Having found out that his mysterious helper may be the legendary Veteran, Robin meets Junkyard Dog and captures him with the help of the Veteran and his troops. He is then told that the main reason for their presence in Blüdhaven is that they want to recruit Robin.
