PLOT:
Gang tensions continue to escalate when Sprang Bridge leader Ketchum is apparently killed by the Blackgaters. Robin finds himself at a delicate
impasse realizing that while he cannot
just let the gangs kill each other - stepping in could make things worse. But if he doesn't - who will?
When everyone's favorite crooked detectives Cavallo and Wise show up with news cameras to arrest Dublin (leader of the Blackgaters) for Ketchum's murder, something about it
just sticks in Robin's craw.
Working alongside Harper, Ragman and Jason Bard, Robin uncovers the truth behind Ketchum's murder. Cavallo and Wise had forced Dublin to shoot Ketchum after Jason Todd's gang
meeting. After some deliberation, Robin decides to turn the evidence over to the police to have Cavallo and Wise arrested. But sending two crooked cops to jail never goes cleanly and things
threaten to blow up in their faces.
Later, while working to repair the trashed Bat-Computer, Tim asks Donna troy about Red Robin and wonders who this masked vigilante is - and what side he's on. With the computer partially up and running,
Tim attempts to run a probability program on the potential for a gang war outbreak given the variables present. The results are less than encouraging and all signs seem to point to inevitable chaos.
Across town, Stephanie Brown is coming to that same conclusion. After acquiring the services of the newly matured General, she seeks some help for her "little Robin problem." Unfortunately
there appears to be a slight conflict of interest and without warning Ulysses pulls out a gun and shoots at Spoiler.
