PLOT:
Bruce Wayne is one of the many well-to-do Gothamites that attend the funeral service for Franklin Glass. Spotting an assassin amongst the tombstones, Bruce dives into action saving the widow Glass from a bullet with her name on it. The woman, several years younger (and far more attractive) than the deceased, thanks Bruce for his heroics by reaching up and giving his a kiss on the lips!

TITLE: Kamandi, The Last Boy On Earth!

PLOT:
Kamandi lets down his guard when he comes to realize that his visitor is none other than Prince Tuftan, the son of Great Caesar, the leader of the Mutant Tiger Nation. Tuftan's father has been kidnapped by the Apes and taken to the city of Shintun for execution!

Consulting the ancient computer database his grandfather taught him to use, Kamandi looks up information on Shintun while Tuftan stands guard. Suddenly they find themselves on siege from a horde of gun-toting mutant rats! Securing the computer station, Kamandi and Tuftan flee only to find that Tuftan's steed has been killed by rats. As the rat mob closes in, Tuftan and Kamandi realize that the only way they can get to Shintun is by walking there on their own two feet!

PLOT:
Superman makes his way to Gotham to talk about his conflicting feelings regarding the alien he just defeated and turned over to S.T.A.R. Labs. For whatever reason, he empathizes with the alien outsider and wonders if he did the right thing. As it turns out, Batman isn't the best at emotional counseling and so Clark departs Gotham in search for a resolution.

PLOT:
Boston closes in on the killer only to be stopped by Rama Kushna who warns him to stay out of it. Deciding not to heed the Rama Kushna's advice, Deadman enters the killer's body. But once inside he realizes that something isn't right!

PLOT:
Hal Jordan manages to stop the Volga Jetmen from stealing American Atomic secrets while Joe Dillon continues his television interview. After discussing a strange electrical occurrence his ship encounters in deep space something goes horribly wrong! Live on television, Dillon's skin begins to bubble and he lets out a blood curdling scream!

TITLE: Metamorpho, The Element Man

PLOT:
Rex and the others land in the Antarctic hidden valley, home to the temple and other wonders and dangers no doubt. The Antarctic cold is offset by the nearby volcanic warmth producing a weirdly tropic climate in the midst of what is otherwise nothing but a snowy wasteland.

NOTE:
At the bottom of the page there is a "letter column" which discusses how Rex Mason received his Elemental powers from the Eye of Ra and the other Element Men and Women who had received similar powers.

TITLE: Teen Titans

PLOT:
The Titans have survived their battle with Trident, but it's really Tim Drake's ego that's suffering over losing to someone named after a toothpaste. Things only get worse when his team has to be saved by the "older" Titans - Nightwing, Cyborg and Starfire. Trident attacks the newcomers only to be tackled off the bridge's ledge by Cyborg, sending both into the cold blue waters below!

TITLE: Strange Adventures

PLOT:
Adam Strange yields to the Ragathann warriors when he glances down and sees that they've taken his beloved wife hostage. The leader of the Ragathann army is none other than one Lord Korgo, the disowned cousin of Ragathann's rightful leader Prince Zotar - a fact that Sardath is well aware of and as such unwilling to negotiate. But when Adam realizes that Korgo wants acess to the Zeta Beam technology he concocts a plan and cleverly agrees to show them everything they need to know.

TITLE: Supergirl

PLOT:
Krypto and Streaky continue their rampage through Metropolis with Supergirl tailing behind. With absolutely no clue why the animals embarked on their destructive ways (which are rumored to have already cost the city of Metropolis thousands of dollars), she finally catches up with Krypto at the Metropolis post office. Sitting on top of stacks and stacks of mail bags, Krypto and chewing and pawing at letters, scaring postal workers and creating an even bigger mess!

TITLE: Chapter Two: It's All Elementary

The Metal Men rush to the rescue thwarting the bank robbery - much to the chagrin of Dr. Will Magnus who was hoping for a more quiet resolution. When bank security arrives on the scene he doesn't know who to point his service gun at! The robbers or the strange beings standing around the very irked Dr. Magnus?!

TITLE: Wonder Woman

PLOT:
Once again Diana finds herself on her dream quest back in the realm of the mortals in search for the Seven Stars. This time though, someone else is hunting for her treasure. The Black Dragon gang is already pilfering their way through the sacred shrine in search for whatever they can find. Diana jumps into action but their lead warrior tackles her and drags her down into the underwater depths below. Luckily for her it's just another dream and she wakes up safely in her bed - but if this continues, she'll have to consult the Oracles!

TITLE: Sgt. Rock and Easy Co.

PLOT:
Sarge and his crew had been marching through an underground mine tunnel outside an occupied town in search for trapped partisans when they came under attack. Two of Frank's men were killed and he has been taken hostage. But if he knows his crew - the rest of his men will come blasting in any second - and it's his captors that had better be saying their prayers!

TITLE: Flash Comics

PLOT:
Barry Allen re-materializes and finds that he's gone back in time to the moments before Iris had finished writing the letter and before he (as the Flash) would return home from his battle with Gorilla Grodd to find the letter.

With Iris packing her things to head to her mothers, Barry rushes downstairs and finds himself in a battle with ... himself (!) to try and stop a time loop from occurring! But just then, Iris comes down the stairs to find what appears to be Barry fighting with the Flash for her letter!

TITLE: The Demon and Cat Woman

PLOT:
Jason Blood may not believe in burglar alarms but that's because he deals in a much more powerful method of protection - magic! This is something that Selina Kyle finds out all too clearly when she attempts to leave Blood Manor to find that the outside world has been transformed into a purple hued wasteland that she is shoved out into by some unseen force.

Meanwhile, Jason, transformed into his alter ego the Demon Etrigan, finds the empty box from which Catwoman robbed him and blames it on one of his old foes vowing revenge!

TITLE: Hawkman

PLOT:
Swooping in from the vast ocean of air 30,000 miles above ground, Hawkman makes his entrance onto the aircraft. Realizing that all he passengers were strapped in, he rips the door from the pressurized cabin creating a massive vacuum that sucks out most of the terrorists. Those that remain he promises will meet their fate soon enough!
