centrifuge room after hours and powered it up in an attempt to push just one-G beyond Dillon's record. But the machine had been in use all day and more importantly it had not been checked out before he turned it on! The
centrifuge snaps in half and Hal is flung out. He breaks his leg, Dillon cracks a few ribs and Hal is kicked out of the NASA program for his actions.
That would have been the end of Hal Jordan's space dreams had he not been chosen as a Green Lantern. If Dillon hadn't arrived when he did that night, the
centrifuge accident could have been a lot worse. Now it's Hal's turn to save Dillon!

This time Diana awakens falling through the air, deep underground! Though she's able to easily save herself she also finds that she must save the lives of two strangers who had wandered down here after falling through a collapsed part of the subway tunnels above. Their names are Etta Candy and Professor Jack Kirkridge and from the looks of things the trio have made their way to the home of the Brithorian Warlords named the Pendragons! In the possession of the ancient warriors is something called the Mors Crocca, a sword known as the Red Death which dates back to the times of Julius Caesar and the Battle of the Thames.
Fighting off the attacking Pendragons and their hallucinatory gasses, Diana saves Etta and Jack and proceeds to chase after the Mors Crocca, the next great treasure. But it seems someone else is after the treasure as well. Pricilla Rich (of the Baltimore Riches) and her "death-machine" toting guards are there as well. And things are about to get interesting.

Having been frozen to absolute zero and forced into an immeasurable physical state of both non and total existence, Barry Allen's particles displace and reappear outside the planet Earth. Floating in space, having only survived the trip thanks to the seventh dimensional wave form known only as pure speed, Barry plans his trajectory back towards Earth. Vibrating back in time to when the Earth's orbit was in a more facilitating place, he manages to land back on terra firma and races back to Central City. Unfortunately it seems that things have once again gone awry. Barry, Past Barry #1 and now Past Barry #3 sit solemnly on the porch. It looks like Barry is going to have to travel back in time again (accruing the help of yet another Barry Allen) in order to stop Grodd. But meanwhile, other Barry has a dinner date to keep.
Meanwhile, Grodd enters his brand new universe, bringing with him the knowledge of the ages and becoming an almost
deity like figure to his ape brethren. He envisions the construction of a great tower stretching up to the heavens which will one day play his message to be beamed through the stars. But before the tower can be completed, Grodd dies, an old ape in his bed, recording his final divine message to be played atop the tower after he passes.

Upon first encountering the doomed airplane, Hawkman flew alongside the chartered flight, catching the eye of a young and precarious girl whose glasses made her eyes look giant and bug-like. Hawkman, an ambassador of goodwill and safety (not to mention JLA member) encouraged the girl to fasten her seatbelt for safety's
sake. What was once an almost meaningless gesture of super heroic mirth now turned out to be the thing that saved the bug-eyed girl's life.
His Thanagarian flight harness ruined, Hawkman is left without his wings and is forced to limp back to the wreckage. It seemed everyone survived (albeit a bit
injured). But they aren't out of the woods yet! The gas is leaking from the plane and Hawkman only has moments to get everyone to safety before it explodes!
