Hugh Laurie also played my favorite comedic villian ever, Prince Ludwig the Indestructable from the Blackadder II episode "Chains". He also replaced Tim McInnerny as the idiot role in Blackadder the Third and Blackadder Goes Forth.

And as well as the above - he also absolutely nailed Bertie Wooster in ITV's PG Wodehouse's "Jeeves" series.
Both those programmes (Jeeves and Blackadder) are amongst my favourite ever comedies.

Dude! I never thought I'd find another Blackadder fan on a Batman Forum.
Back to the main topic. Here's my current list of actors:
Catwoman: Charlize Theron
Two-Face: Edward Norton
Penguin: Bob Hoskin or Philip Seymour Hoffman
Poison Ivy: Scarlet Johanssen
The Riddler: Hugh Laurie
Harley Quinn: Alison Mack?
Renee Montoya: Rosario Dawson
Harvey Bullock: Michael Keaton*
?= Question mark indicates the it is only a idea and not my definitive choice.
*= Yeah, I know he's usually husky, but I think he's a great choice.

Emma Frost from the X-Men? Theron dosen't quite have the bustline for her clothes.
batboy99 Wrote:i wass thinking, how about mila what ever her name is from resident evil for ivy?
I also have thought of Mila Jovovich playing Ivy, she'd look stunning as a red-head and can convincingly pass herself off as a college student.

I know, but that dosen't make him any less of a good choice.

How would Scarlett look with dark hair? One of the main reasons I chose Theron was that she can look good with Brown, Blonde, and Black hair.
And now I'm thinking of Charlize Theron in the leather costume from the X-men movies, I see why you'de like that. Of course she'd wear a leather catsuit as Catwoman, so we win either way.
And Theron would look great with the short black hair from recent years, as well as the costume.
But still, Scarlett is a good choice.

Guy Pierce as Two-Face, brilliant!
I still pray to all the powers that be, let Hugh Laurie get the Riddler role; he is such a perfect choice that I'll be dissapointed by anyone else (Even good ol' Johnny Depp).
Other than that, I'm still working on it.

I think scarlett johansson would be much better as Poison Ivy as she would look bad in black hair. |

Wow, you really stuck by your guns when I said she was too young, so whats with the sudden change?
I'm still on the Theron bandwagon, mostly because she is my favorite actress; next to Cate Blanchett, of course.
And Julianne Moore is a great choice, she's a pretty damn good actress.
P.S. I was wondering why you had her as an avatar but didn't have her in you're casting.

Batboy99, I don't mean to be a smart ass (Okay, I do), but how are you a expert on who looks pretty to Two-face? Everyone has differant tastes, I mean your Ivy choice is Jolie; and to me she looks like a 50 year-old heroin addict. I hate to be rude, but you often chastise me for not marking opinion as such, and here you are acting to the opposite.
batboy99 Wrote:and btw why cant i have someone in my avvy and not want them in a batman movie?
Your avatar is usually something you have a distinct emotional connection to, as you want that image to symbolize your character. Now when this image is an actor, it means that its an actor you are particularly fond of; and thus it stands to reason that you'd find enjoyment from having them in a movie you are fond of. Then again I might be reading to far into things.
