besides, the constitution guarantees freedom of speech. just cuz he says something doesnt mean it's true. most of us think batman begins is the best batman movie ever anyways, so we have majority rule; we just have to respect minority rights.

Even worse, he's a hypocryte! Batman Begins 12 things wrong 1. Ra's trained Bruce 2.Batman did not invent his stuff. 3. It didn't show how Batman studied and trained his mind to become the world's greatest scientist, detective, inventor, martial artist, escape artist, strategist and, tactician.
4. The only good actors in there were the guy who played Carmine Falcone and Gary Oldman's Gordan all of the other actors acting was bland bale was pretty good as Bats though. 5. Scarecrow didn't look scary or even act or talk like the Scarecrow. 6. The fights scenes suck. 7. Katie Holmes can't act. 8. They made batman look dumb. 9. The Batmobile looks retarded. 10. They made Gillian Loeb a skinny black guy when in the comics he is a fat white guy. 11. They didn't show him training with the ninja master Kirigi or training with Buddhist Monks of India. 12. Scarecrow didn't do the "violent dancing" he does in the comics
Batman (1989) 4 things 1. Joker being the killer of Batman's parents. 2. Joker not being sadistic enough. 3. They didn't use the killing joke origin. Pat Hingle as Commish Gordan.
Batman Returns 4 things 1. Penguin's altered origin. 2. Not enough blood 3. Catwoman's altered origin 4. Not enough of that black bile.
Batman Mask Of The Phantasm 0 things wrong

The previous sentance was pure opinion, and you listed it as a universal fact that makes Begins suck. You just happen to like watching movies where the fight is from the spectators view; while, in contrast, I like movies where the fight scenes draw the viewer in, Like Begins.
So ironically, almost every "Flaw" you listed for Begins could be countered with one from 89; granted you ask the right person.
P.S. Batman never invented his gadgets, Wayne Enterprises did; the only thing they did in Begins was make it so Bruce didn't order the construction.

i have to totally disagree bat-man well not totally.the reason the batman begins batman did not make a stealthy disappearance is because he has not become the batman we read of in the comics he is not fully developed into the dark knight:):)

Bat-man, it wasnt really ra's who trained bruce, it was ducard. and ducard did train batman in the comics...
it's just that they combined ra's and ducard into one character. kinda like how they did with joker in batman '89; making him the guy who killed his parents.
making this combination(ducard and ra's) opens up a really good story. had they been two separate people, the story wouldnt have ran as smoothly.

SubZero - I've seen it, but I don't remember it, so I can't score it.
I used to really like Batman Forever, it used to rival 89's Batman. And then a couple of years ago I came to my senses. I don't like what they did with Two-Face (he only has like three lines, and they're all variations on 'Gaaa!' ). It thought Carry was great as the Riddler, and I think Kilmer did a good job as Batman and Bruce. Kidman was hot.
I picked up Mystery of the Batwoman at Walmart or some such place a few months ago for like $7, but only just saw it today (First time). As indicated above, right now only Batman Begins was better. I absolutely loved it. As good as the Batman/Superman and Mask of the Phantasm movies are, I thought this one was even better. A clever puzzle for Batman to figure out, and great twist at the end.
Was Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker any good?
Dead End and Legends I've never heard of, could someone enlighten me as to what they are?

for me, it's like
1-batman begins/mask of phantasm-10/10
2-batman 89/returns/forever-9/10
3-mystery of the batwoman/subzero-8.9/10
4-batman(adam west)-8/10
5-batman & robin-4/10; i would have given it a 0, but it made batman begins possible cuz it was so bad.
my grading system sucks; i'm too much of a batman fan to really like one over the other. i just really hated batman & robin; that's all.

Batman DeadEnd and Batman Legends were fan films. You can probably find them on Youtube.
As for Return of the Joker, it really depends on how much you like Beyond. As an animated Batman story it was just about as fine as they get, but if you can't get over Terry McGuinnes being Batman then you might have trouble enjoying it.

I really like Batman Beyond. I think Terry makes a good Batman, he's got a great mix of his own personality, and emulating Bruce's Batman (whether consciously or not). At first it was hard seeing Bruce old and decrepit, but he gets to be a mentor in a new way, plus the stories are good and the villians are usually interesting.
