Looks like someone is being optimistic, especially with that feedback score. A few seconds worth of searching got me auctions where I can get both for $14.98 + shipping.
For anyone who doesn't feel like searching, the auctions are here and here. |

I see this a lot, mainly from people who don't know much about figures and collecting. The other week someone was selling an unboxed Combat Belt Batman for about ?90, claiming it was the first Batman figure ever made.
I don't have either of those, but I bought the 1997 Hong Kong edition from a second hand toyshop for ?10.

Newest Figure: Batman TAS: Combat Belt Batman - Kenner
Newest Comic Book: Supreme Power 3 (vol 13-18) |

What would be funnier than him putting the price at $1000, is if some idiot buys it!! Lol!!

I don't think I've ever seen an eBay auction that idiotic, so that's pretty mindblowing to me. I just emailed them to tell them how incredibly unknowledged and they are:
Hi there.
I'm just going to be perfectly honest here... This auction's price is insanely high. I'm a longtime Batman collector and I bought both of these items when they first hit stores in the '90s. This auction came to my attention when someone on my Batman forum posted a link to it. If you'd like to save yourself the time and trouble, you should close this auction immediately and restart the bidding at $10. Neither of these items could possibly be worth more than $50 MIP.
Please remember: if you have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of an item, don't just assume by slapping on a thousand dollar price tag. Your auction's worth a couple laughs, but not anything even close to a bid...
Have a nice day! :-)

Dude I got a local guy who has one of those 100th figures for sale, and from the way he prices these things I'll bet he's offering it for $10-$50; but I've never really looked at it, and I didn't realise it was rare until seeing it now.

I paid about $5 for one a few months back at a local place that tends to overcharge. That is just crazy. All they would have to do is read this thread and they would see how un-rare that figure is. It seems like everyone on here has one.
