Most of those are not likely to ever get made into DC Direct Deluxe figures as they tend to stick to the classic comic book look of the characters rather than film versions. Of course the did Batman from both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, but on The Joker from TDK and not Scarecrow from BB.
A comic style Two Face and Catwoman are already out with The Joker and Harley Quinn coming soon.
I still wonder why DC came out with a 13'' scale.
After buying the Batman Begins, i will not be buying any more 1/6 scale from DC anymore unless they give us what we pay for.
The only other one i have is the gray and black Batman and he is nice and better looking than the BB. I seen the TDK version and it was a big let down for 80 bucks. im going with Hot toys or medicom for my 1/6 batman needs.

DC Direct will be the American distributor of the Hot Toy 1/6 scale TDK line... So if you're going to Hot Toys you're still going through DC Direct

I already got my hot toys TDK from Japan.
DC is putting out THEY OWN 1'6 scale figs and they are crappy.
