That's funny, I nearly made a post about Pepicito ruining the movie for me. I just figured it wouldn't have been that funny, and I am trying to cut back on the sarcasm. Not very successfully though.

Wow! I have trouble believing that Mattel would make such a movie-accurate, non-kiddy figure. I reckon that's a custom with custom packaging.

i reported on this a couple days ago in the shopping cart section, doesnt anyone read that stuff?
anyway, this is a Toys r Us exclusive like the bronze Begins Batman. currently they are popping up in Canada but will be more readily available nearer Christmas.

Yes, shadowbat69, I read your post. Did you win your bid? I used Buy It Now and bought one and I owe to shadowbat69 for pointing it out.
Yes, it is a TRU Exclusive, so far not in the U.S.. There were 3 from Canada on eBay a couple days ago. I bought one on the chance that Mattel who has made several distribution errors so far had made this a Canada Exclusive. PJ and JokerFC on ROC confirmed that it was a TRU figure and should be available soon in the U.S.
Given that during Christmas a lot of things fly off the pegs I wanted to make sure I got one.

Ehh, that's an okay repaint. I doubt I'll get it though. The dirtied up, gold 2005 Batman on the other hand, I thought was cool. It's the only (new) figure I can think of that I'm keeping in the package, I really like that "2005 Batman" title piece at the bottom. It made a little bit of sense too, sort of glorifying Batman Begins as the Batman of 2005. But what's so "2005" about Ducard?
I think FlaBat, Shadowbat and me are just about the only ones who use the Shopping Cart. For those who don't, it's a nice place to get an idea of action figure distribution and mark-downs on old items. And to see neat old Batman merchandise on eBay.

The Shopping Cart could be a great resource. It?s not just about what a member buys, but also about what they see in their marketplace. It?s a great tool to use to see what?s out there and what may be in your area soon.
This black Ducard to the figure that should have been made before. Now that I know it's a TRU item I will try to get another one and do a Bruce Wayne head swap on it.
Mattel made me buy six figures instead of two. Marketing wins again!

I got mine today from eBay. THIS is the Ra's / Ducard they should have made from the start. I also checked a TRU and they did not have any.
