I think favorite figure is either the Batman Hush DCD figure or Mattel Zipline Batman by the Four Horsemen.

Man that's a tough one..
But I'm gonna have to call it a tie between the super powers batmobile and sp batcopter...they just look so good together ya know?
As for comics, I can remember being really excited over comics during the Knightfall series so I'd have to go with #500 when Bane finally was broken.
Honorable mention-
'89 batwing (toy) and Batman V. Predator (comic)

my favorite toy would be a cross between combat belt batman
and the batman returns batcave command center
(mix match I know but the BTAS batcave is just a re release of BR batcave)
My favorite comic storyline would also be the knightfall trilogy
Knightall
Knightquest: the crusade and the search
Knightsend
just powerful complex storytelling laced with beautiful art
