that have Batman and Wonder Woman team up? I am just now starting to get into these Novels...

is out of print, so you might have some difficulty finding the trade for it. You might have an easier time finding the individual issues.
There is also pretty much the entire run of JLA (which just ended). That of course is not exclusively Batman and Wonder Woman teaming up, but still some really good stories.
