I just read Titans East pt. 1 & 2, and it seems that Cassy was under Deathstrokes control. With Robin's help, she broke free. We also knew that she is seen on the Countdown image:
So. will she be back to the Batgirl we all know and love?
I really hope so, She is awesome...
