Is it a stand-alone story or part of an arc? I haven't been picking up Catwoman for a bit now, so I'm not up-to-date on what's going on.

It is part of a story arc involving Hammer and Sickle.

After the string of rather lousy fill-ins after Brubaker departed, Will Fiefer has turned it into a good, solid read each issue. I did drop it about 6 months ago in favor of getting the trades instead, since it gets collected pretty quickly, so I'm a little behind on it.
