I remember this as the first batman comic I ever got. I've looked through the comic covers section to see if I can find it but without any luck. I was hoping someone on this sight might be able to help me. It would have been a 1970's comic I believe The story line had people being murdered on a movie set and Batman trying to stop the murders .If any one has any idea what comic this was I would really appreciate it thanks.

Well, it sounds like the original Clayface origin, but that was in the 40s.

Do you remember who the villain was? That could help. But from the sound of things it sounds like it was a one off issue, so that could make it hard to find.

Also, it could be helpful if you could tell us if you had some other comics from the time you had this one. It could help us pinpoint this one if we have a strong point of reference.

There wasn't a super villian, if I remember right one of the actors or the director was the murderer. As for a time frame I would say around 1978. I know the info is sketchy, also Robin did not appear in this comic. I believe the cover featured someone getting electocuted on a carrousel.
