The article says that the big three will be on the team. Meltzer wrote and like GA so I figure that you can count on him being on the team. I doubt he would be leader. He has a city to run now.

It's possible, but not too likely. After all, the new Blue Beetle is a teen. Sounds like he'd be Teen Titans material more than JLA. That doesn't place it outside the realm of possibility, though.
