this is my second attempt with inking. i didnt want to post my first attempt cuz it just looks downright dreadful..lol. but i thought this one was ok. so tell me what u think...its probably negative stuff, but thats ok. im new with inking.

i colored it with photoshop. i love powermasterjazz's work, so i tried to do a similar style...the coloring i mean.

only problem I see is that the right arm needs some work with perspective, it kinda looks a bit like a hand growing from his shoulder. Other than that, it's fantastic work, well done |

Great job. Maybe the right arm does look a little off, maybe the elbow is just not as defined as it should be. Still it looks great.

Your skill is definitely improving, Phil. That looks awsome. The first thing I saw that could've been better is the width of his waist. In that hunched position, the inward curve of his right rips should've made for the "border" rather than having that additional mass making it more vertical. I don't think the right arm is too bad; maybe the open palm could've been placed a bit lower. The leg muscles seem too bowed, but I have a hard time with that too. Either way, this is great stuff. I really outta get back into drawing and post some of my work.

wow phil, thats really good, the only things i see that are bit off his right arm which looks like a growth but it hard to draw arms at that kind of angle, i usually have trouble with that, i end up re-drawing it a million times lol and his waist doesnt seem to match with his legs it seems like you could slim his waist down a bit , but MAN thats your SECOND attempt at inking? thats amazing, keep it up!
