It looks awsome. Dude, this is rushed for you?
The preportions are right. The muscles are well defined without invading on the over all look. Robin's cape flows supperbly. you managed to define Nightwing's muscles even though his costume is strait black. They're both extremly well shaded and the colors are well chosen and eye pleasing.
In fact, there are only two small problems with it.
One; Nightwing's left (his left) eye is slightly bigger than his right.
Two; their feet seem to merge together as they're both wearing black boots.
And neither of these problems are all that noticable. So dude, I give the a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work!
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!

That's very nice, Phil. I don't think Nightwing's left eye is all that big, maybe because it almost looks to have some Anime influence. The biggest problems I see (which aren't very big) are Nightwing's boots being a bit too long and large as well as his left hand.
I know I've said it before, but try this: stand up straight with your hands at your side. Look at the length of your arms. Your fingers don't really come near to touching your knees, do they? Now look back at Nightwing's left arm. Not quite the same, is it? As far as I'm concerned, it's not a big mistake. Michelangelo's statue of David is very famous for its accurate proportions, except one part: the overly large right hand. If you'd like, see for yourself:

As for the good points, Nightwing's upper body looks great as do Robin's leg muscles (not always the easiest part, as you know). Hopefully, my tips helped.

yeah, i gotta work on my proportions. i have a problem with drawing huge feet and long arms. thats why i love to make characters cross their arms. lol.
one thing i'd like to work on is hair. i just cant stop drawing spiky hair. i dont know how to make hair look realistic, but cool at the same time, lol.
