I had posted these a while ago, but recently went back and made a few minor touch-ups. Here are the new photos, let me know what you all think. The model is 1/25 scale, based on a Jimmy Flintstone body, stretched '62 Thunderbird chassis, and a whole lot of scratchbuilding:

Nice.
In the shadows I saw my destiny...
I would seek justice...
I would have my revenge... |

I don't think I noticed the yellow in the back of the fins before, looks all firey and cool with the red strips. Very good indeed.

Thanks!
Don't worry, you're not imagining things - these are new shots, and the flash was on. I used reflective tape for the taillights, and it really works. Any light in the area makes the panels glow like they were really lit. I'm going to try again this weekend outside with the flash off...if they look better, I'll post them.

Thanks, guys! Here's one final shot of the car with the new (smaller) wheels, since I realized that it would have steering problems with the wheels I used the first time around:

Nope, sorry - it was built to be part of my 1/25 Batmobile collection, and hopefully to offer ideas to other modelers. |
