I'll be starting a small fan fiction series with ten chapters, here on this thread. It's my take on the Batman origin and it's far from Nolan or what I expect to see in Earth One or even what we've seen in Year One. It has small simularities to Mask of the Phantasm since Phantasm is in it and Bruce is in a relationship with Andrea. Anyways, here's a sample of the plot.
Bruce Wayne is assisted by Andrea Beaunmont, the Phantasm, in his war on crime in Gotham City as the vigilante known as the "Gotham Knight." Teaming up with his fiance, they take on the Gotham Underworld which is the name given by police to the most dangerous mobs in the city. Bat-Mite, a completly new take on the character, guest stars in various episodes as another vigilante who has escaped from Arkham Asylum. Other characters include Nightmare, an original character who acts as a hero, Sal Maroni, Rupert Thorne, Oswald "Penguin" Cobblepot, Hugo Strange, Jonathan Crane, a small look at Catwoman, Harvey Dent, Lois Lane, Thomas Elliot, Arnold Flass, Ethan Bennet (yeah, from The Batman), Alfred of course, Jim Gordon, Gillian Loeb, and Harvey Bullock.

Here's a small reference guide I made for characters you may not recognize. You guys probably know them but I made this as a Facebook note to my friends who aren't big Batman fans. Bat-Mite however was a very unneeded character in the 60's and 70's Batman comics and is still used today every once in a while but the one mentioned in this script is really my own character idea with his name. I'll explain it more in the next one.

INT. GOTHAM UNDERWORLD-BAR - NIGHT
BRUCE WAYNE, in a beige trenchcoat, stands behind RUPERT THORNE as he sits with members of his mob. Bruce is the apparent servant or new member. They ignore him.
BRUCE: DID YOU ENJOY YOUR DRINK, Mr. THORNE?
RUPERT: YES, I DID. WHAT DID YOU SAY YOUR NAME WAS, NEW GUY?
Bruce pulls down a mask over his face, nobody looking. Bruce covers Thorne's mouth with a clothe chloroform.
BRUCE: I'M THE ONE THEY CALL THE GOTHAM KNIGHT.
The men at the table stand up, drawing weapons.
BRUCE: SO DON'T DO SOMETHING YOU'D REGRET.
They run for the door as Thorne is knocked out.
BRUCE (speaking into a headset): GET THAT, ETHAN?
ETHAN BENNET, a black cop, waits outside with many other cops as the mobsters run toward them.
ETHAN: I GOT IT ALL RECORDED, BRUCE.
The mobsters are aimed at gunpoint and hault outside the door. Ethan and two cops walk in the bar, now empty except for Thorne, knocked out, in his seat.
INT. WAYNE MANOR - DAY
-dark.
Bruce stands in his office room in which there is a laptop and a desk.
I/E COMPUTER SCREEN-GCPD DATABASE
A hidden database Rupert Thorne's criminal record page as a mobster in the "Gotham Underworld." On the page is a status report.
STATUS: UNKNOWN
The mouse clicks on the refresh button.
STATUS: MCU
ALFRED PENNYWORTH walks inside. Bruce over looks at him.
ALFRED: DETECTIVE Mr. ETHAN BENNET HAS ARRIVED, SIR.
INT. WAYNE MANOR-LOBBY - DAY
ETHAN sits with BRUCE on a couch.
BRUCE: YOU TURNED IN THE RECORDING?
ETHAN: OF COURSE. CUT AUDIO BEFORE I SAID YOUR NAME. COMMISSIONER LOEB'S OPINIONS ON THE "GOTHAM KNIGHT" SHOULD BE CHANGED IN NO TIME.
BRUCE: I'M GLAD I HAVE SOMEBODY I CAN TRUST, ETHAN... THANK YOU.
ETHAN: SURE; ANYTHING FOR A LIFE LONG FRIEND, MAN.
I/E. WAYNE ENTERPRISES ROOF - DUSK
ANDREA BEAUMONT stands with Bruce on the roof. There is a table on the roof containing "the Gotham Knight's" equipment. Another table contains the suit belonging to the Phantasm.
BRUCE: I'M SORRY ABOUT LAST WEEK, ANDREA. I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU LIKE YOU TOLD ME.
ANDREA: IT'S FINE, BRUCE. I JUST HOPE I DIDN'T GET YOU INTO THE MASKED AVENGER BUSSNESS. HAHA.
They kiss in front of eachothers' hero equipment, amongst Gotham City.
A police scanner on a table goes off.
<WE HAVE A 10-66. KANE AND FINGER. UNSUB MAY BE CONNECTED TO PHANTASM OR CRUSADER>
BRUCE: I GUESS THE "POPO" STILL DON'T LIKE US MUCH.
ANDREA: GIVE THEM TIME... "CRUSADER." I SHOULD PROBABLY GO CHECK THIS OUT.
Andrea walks toward her suit. Bruce looks toward her.
BRUCE: I WON'T BE FAR BEHIND. LOVE YOU.
I/E. KANE/FINGER STREET - NIGHT
A police car is parked on the curb of the ghetto. We see Phantasm climb a brick wall, looking down upon the police car for the suspect. We see inside her mask; an x-ray of the car in which the cop has bleed to death. Climbing to the top of the building, a woman dressed in black kevlar is seen standing on the roof, SELINA KYLE. She uses her whip to hit Phantasm's hands so that she falls off of the building.
SELINA: YA KNOW, THEY SAY PHANTASM'S A GIRL.
We see Selina stand on the roof, holding a whip, looking down as Phantasm falls.
Bruce, in his full black suit, swings out from behind Selina. She doesn't notice.
BRUCE: AND THEY SAY YOU'RE A COPYCAT NOT WORTH WRITING ABOUT.
Bruce pushes her backwards as he leaps forewords, flying to save Phantasm, falling.
Selina falls back. Bruce, with a rope on the roof and in his hand, grabs Phantasm in the air. They stop falling.
EXT. ARKHAM ASYLUM-INTEROGATION ROOM - NIGHT
HUGO STRANGE speaks to JONATHAN CRANE about his patient.
HUGO: "BAT-MITE" AS HE CALLS HIMSELF SHOULD BE OUT IN NO TIME, Mr. CRANE.
JONATHAN: GOOD TO HEAR, HUGO. OR IS IT Dr. STRANGE?
HUGO: EITHER IS FINE.
