BatTank...This was on the Hot Wheels weekly Batmobile forum...
I would like to find out who did this one...

Spencer and Panzer, we need to get a hold of this Unknown Batmobile
Mechanic and hire him for the Batman...

It looks more like a statue to me so i dnt think the wheels move.
maybe its a prototype/resin |
