I figured I would intoduce myself.
Hi, I'm MacWage and I am a Bat-aholic!
I have a decently large Batmobile collection, including all the newer Corgis, a few customs, and have made 4 different Batcaves in 1/43=1/48 scale (on my train layout, but ALL were lost in moves when the tables were broken apart). I also have all the movies, both old matinee series, all the BATS (old and new look) DVD (replaced my 0ff-TV VHS versions), and other batman stuff on DVD (NOT Superfriends!!! or Justice League-> I am ONLY interested in Batman in the DC Universe). I also have a fair number of books and graphic novels, and one of each character on BATS figures.
I even have a large Batman (from the Warner Bros. Store) in a kilt, and am making a targe and lightsaber for him.
I also have shelfed plans for making a couple different Miata Batmobiles, if anyone is interested.

Hey, MacWage! Great to have you on the site. I'd like to see some photos of your collection. We'd post them in the Fan~Photos album. 
You didn't by chance hold onto those old VHS tapes of BTAS did you? I'm trying to collect old commercials and such back then to put on Batman: YTB to download. Any old Batman commercials would be great.

Welcome to the boards! Sounds like you have a pretty cool collection, I'd also like to see photos. I just recently got my 1/24 Batmobiles into their new home, and have plans for a Batcave as a future project. |
