With all the newbieshere, I thought I'd start a new How'd ya Find us thread!
Just curious as to how you were led here. Google? The Offical Dark Knight site? Friend?

Yes I was googling for Batman Begins figures, and some how it lead me here...
I thought it was nice Batforum or some how I knew it was the best.

Man its been so long since i first joined the site. And let me tell you, its been fun. Im not 100% sure how i found the site, i think i was googling batman. When i found this site, i swear i felt exactly the way barbara did in B&R when she found out that dick and bruce were B&R from the computer.
Batman YTB is the best site on the net!

GOOGLE of course! I googled batmobiles and the BYTB and the history of batmobiles website came up.

Google for me, I think. If not Google it'd be by hitting links one night while trying to find as much about The Dark Knight as I could to read, and about Batman in general. I stumbled across the forum and after scrolling through it a bit thought I'd definitely like to post on here.
One of the friendlier fan forums of any type I've posted on, I must say. |

Well I was surfing google looking for hawt chicks and for some odd reason it said this place has a lot of hawt chicks. Boy was I mistaken.

i think i found it on a top 100 batman sites list thing, i don't know. i think it was number 1. haha, i don't even remember. i think i visited this site often, but didn't join the forums until much later. this site is old, i'm surprised it's been going on for this long. i've seen people come and go on here, lol.
people just decide to join bat-forums when it's hot. there are a few of us who've stayed on during the boring days of batman where the only thing to talk about was the mediocrity of The Batman.

Yeah, around the time of Begins I was looking for info on action figures, first I went to a certain other Batman website, but it had a very week figure archive, then I found this site and it's magnificent selection. But most of you already know that... I'm looking forward to finding out how the new members got here and what they think of the site

I seem to recall I followed a link or something from Spencer1984's Batman History site, though not sure if it was on the site itself or in an email link or something.
Come to think of it, it WAS Spencer's site. Back "BF" (Before Firefox on my Mac), I tried to log-on, but couldn't SEE the site with Mac's Safari browser. So, I was "in the dark" with only the top frame and useless links. No reviews, database, NOTHING!
As soon as I tried again and it WORKED, I registered and have been wasting everyone else's time ever sense!
If anyone wants to blame someone for my presence, blame Spencer . . .

I think I found it there as well. (It should've been #1) I've tracked this site for a long time, but I only recently joined the forum because I got my own computer and was allowed the freedom to do so!! |

I actually didn't realise there were discussion forums dedicated to Batman and/or other comic book characters until I joined this one. Fansites yes, fan forums, no. Seems so silly now to have thought that now! |
