I was wondering if my geography is just rubbish, so I've just looked at a map (and it's not). Why are you getting prisoners from Arizona? It's not exactly just over the border! You're miles away. How do they work that one out?? If all the prisons in Wahington are full, do they start pinching bunks in Florida?? |

Yea... Arizona doesn't have the room, so they send'em where they can.
Though it is more expensive, so you would think they would build a new place to house em...
