Well, batboy here, i just want to apologize to those who I have offended lately. Phil,Chris, Razhwurz etc. I dont wnat to be know as that guy who was a jerk or anything.And for those I have been rude to. but i must say this, not everyone has been the nicest people here, how about we just all put this behind us, no more rude comments toward each other,each others art etc. As i siad to many people, this is the first site ever that i joined and i dont want to lose my membership over some dumb stupid thing like fighting and i dont want anyone else to lose theirs as well. Lets just all get along and act like one big happy Bat family.

Thanks BB. As a person, people will always put you or what you did down. Thats just how people are. We can't look at your work, or Phils, or mine and say, hey thats great, if it isn't. But, if you want to tell me what I need to do to make it better, thats fine, as long as we're not rude. But we should point out the good as well.

Well it wouldnt be a family without the odd row!
It's funny, when I joined, you and Razhwurz were like Tom & Jerry. Bluebeetle often used get involved too.
In those days I thought maybe Razhwurz could be a little hard on you, but you generally handled it pretty well. Now, you seem to want to fight the whole world, and Razhwurz has become a diplomat!
I don't know what you and Beyond may or may not have been talking about privately, but I suspect there wasn't ever any real danger of you getting banned from BatmanYTB. You're one of the best posters we've got, and it really wouldnt be the same without you!

No problem BB99, I know exactly where your at... Everyone has opinion, and they feel that if you mention yours too bluntly, then your trying to force yours on them. And then you try to make sure they think your point is valid... Then everything gets quite ugly...
The best way to avoid such things, in my experiance, is to put things as lightly as possible... If you think something is ugly, don't say ugly; say "I don't like the way it looks." If you say a strong word with as negative meaning people will tend to jump at you.
And don't worry about forgivness, this is a very forgiving groups. Even after the many arguments I got into in my wilder days (particularly the cluster-what I made of the 9/11 thread,  ) I seem to have been forgiven by everyone.
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!

I haven't logged in in a few days, I guess that explains why I don't really know what you're talking about....I take it has something to do with the fan art section?
Anyways...yeah...people can be idiots, if you don't like something...just give some advice to make it better.
Most of the time the people who are jerks are the ones who get more accepted...so...maybe we should all act like a bunch of arrogant jack asses and we'll all be cool.  |
