Anyone know how rare or desired the Mask of the Phantasm figures are. For example Jet Pack Joker and Phantasm? Are they really rare or quite common?

Not really. The exception being Phantasm which seemed to be short packed even though it was the title villain.
All the other figures in this sub-series were also available on the normal BTAS Card Back as well as the MOTP Card Backs.
Phantasm was repainted and reissued as part of the TAOB&R Rouges Gallery set which included other repainted BTAS figures.
