Acording to the trailer(see above) of next week episode "Freak" Chloe may be a meteor freak. There's a part where she is abducted and the Luthorcorp scientists inject something and in the end she yells to clark "GET THIS OUT OF ME! I DONT WANNA DIE!" so it's probably that what they injected her is something that they turn her into a meteor freak. Or maybe she is just a normal meteor freak due to her inheritance, cause in episode 6x18 "Progeny" Chloe's real mother comes and tells her that she pretended to be ill 'cause she is a meteor freak with super brain powers and Lex is trying to kidnap her. So that wud explain her hacking abilities and her Sherlock Holmes intuition.

I don't think Chloe is a Meteor Freak, I think Lex is behind it because she is a Friend of Clark, and Lex knows there is something odd about Clark, and maybe Lex is trying to find out about Clark, he thinks she can tell him something about Clark. |
